Set up Bayanista and turn product behavior into decisions.
This is the practical product guide: create a project, connect data, review events, and use insights to decide what to improve next.
1. Create a Project
Start in the dashboard by creating a project for each product, app, or website you want to analyze. Projects keep sources, users, events, insights, and billing usage scoped cleanly.
2. Connect Data
Use the browser SDK for push-based event capture, or connect supported analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and GA4 where available. SDK setup lives inside each project settings view so keys stay project-specific.
3. Review Events
Bayanista normalizes raw behavior into canonical events, stitches identities where possible, and groups interaction signals into product-level activity you can inspect from the Events and Project pages.
4. Generate Insights
The dashboard turns event facts into funnels, usage patterns, friction signals, and plain-English recommendations. Use Chat when you want to ask direct questions about product behavior.
5. Control Privacy
Network, error, and copy/paste capture are opt-in. The SDK supports ignore selectors, mask selectors, property deny-lists, text capture modes, and markup controls such as data-bayanista-ignore and data-bayanista-mask.
