By accessing or using Bayanista ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bayanista is an AI-powered product intelligence platform that collects and analyzes user interaction data to generate actionable product insights. The Service includes an analytics SDK, a data processing backend, and a dashboard for viewing insights.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Collect data from end users without appropriate consent or legal basis
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Transmit any malicious code or content through the Service

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. Bayanista processes your data solely to provide the Service and generate insights. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Bayanista and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bayanista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
